How we handle your submission
- What we collect. The details you enter in this form and the document you upload, including the contact details of any founder or colleague you name.
- Why. Only to evaluate this submission and to contact you about it. We do not use it for marketing and we do not sell it.
- Who sees it. The investment team of Innosurge Wealth Managers LLP, investment manager of Upsurge Opportunities Fund 1. It is stored with our service providers Google Workspace and Airtable, which may hold it outside India.
- How long. While we consider the opportunity and for up to 12 months after a decision, unless the law requires longer. Then it is deleted.
- Your rights. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask to see, correct or erase your data, withdraw your consent, or raise a grievance by writing to generic@upsurgeindia.com. If we do not resolve a grievance, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
- People you name. By submitting, you confirm you are allowed to share their details with us for this purpose.
