Established businesses with a real moat and at least ₹30 to 40 Cr in revenue. Tickets of ₹10 to 50 Cr.
ReadFully secured
Private credit
High-yield lending, always fully secured, real estate first, with a target yield of 16% and above. Tickets of ₹10 to 50 Cr.
